Ingredients 1 Lil Buff Apple Jacked Protein Cake Mix 1 Box sugar free pudding mix 1/2 C Milk (almond/cashew) Extra Sea Salt Caramel Chips Instructions Preheat Oven to 350F Mix 16g Pudding mix (1/2 box) with 1/2C cold milk. Stir until it thickens and creates a pudding like texture.  Once the pudding has set up (stick it in the fridge to speed up the process). Mix in 1 package of Apple Jacked Protein Cake mix. Ingredients ½ C natural nut butter  ¼ C pumpkin puree  2 TBSP coconut oil, melted  ¼ tsp cinnamon  3 Pumpkin Pie Fex Flavors  1 Golden Butter or Cinnamon Crunch Cereal Flex Flavors (optional)  Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread in silicone molds, or divide into 12 portions and roll into balls, flattening each slightly.  Freeze approximately 45 minutes until firm. Unmold and store in freezer until ready to serve.
