Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop PEScience Cake Pop Select Protein
Toppings (optional)
- Banana slices
- Hemp seeds
- Blueberries
- Honey
- Coconut shreds
Directions
- In a bowl or container, combine the chia seeds, milk, yogurt and protein powder. Cover and and chill for at least 1 hour. Transfer to a serving bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
