Shipping

We offer free shipping over $125 (subtotal) across Canada and $200 ($CAD subtotal) across the USA. Flat rate shipping is $12 for orders over $50 across Canada, and other rates will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

All shipping options will show on the checkout page, after the cart page. You can indeed select to pay for Express Shipping if you need to receive your order sooner. Express Shipping rates are calculated by the carriers and depend on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping across Canada is free over $125 SUBTOTAL. This means the subtotal before taxes must still be $125 AFTER any discount codes were applied. Try adding some items to your cart to see if the free shipping option appears. If it is still not visible, please contact us.

Please also note that shipping across the USA is free over $200 CAD subtotal.

Quick Deliveries Guaranteed!

Orders are processed and shipped on the SAME DAY if placed by 4PM EST. After 4PM, your order will be shipped by no later than 12PM the following day. Please note that processing times may be longer only during holidays when we are closed. Free store pickup orders are processed immediately and ready for pickup within 30 mins during store hours.

Standard delivery times within Canada depend on your province and city. Orders to Quebec and Ontario are generally delivered within 1-3 business days. For other provinces, deliveries generally take 3-7 business days, while expedited delivery can take 1-3 business days. Express delivery usually arrives within 1-2 business days after processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment online or through our website.If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out to us for assistance.

If it has been more than 24h since you received your tracking link and it is still not showing any updates, please email us right away at info@topnutritionandfitness.com. Please note if you placed your order after 4PM EST on a Friday, or during the weekend, the tracking link will only be updated starting Monday evening.

We primarily ship via Canada Post for standard and expedited delivery options. For USA orders, Canada Post is partnered with USPS. If Canada Post is not available, we ship with other carriers like Purolator, UPS, Fedex.

Currently we only ship to Canada and the USA. Please email us if you have any special requests and we would love to see if we can accomodate you.

We take extra care to make sure that all products are shipped to you in appropriate packaging to help ensure that you receive your purchase in excellent condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
Please do not discard the damaged item(s) and its packaging and email us pictures within 48 hours. We will assist you in receiving a replacement or store credit as quickly as possible, at no cost to you. Please note orders with shipping protection receive priority processing.

Orders with shipping protection receive priority processing. Once you notify us and email pictures of the damaged products, we will respond to your email within ~1-2 business days and then file a claim with the shipper. Damage claims typically take 8-10 business days to process from Canada Post (this delay is unfortunately out of our control). Please do not discard the damaged product or the packaging. Please note Canada Post requires us to provide your contact information and will contact you regarding damages or missing packages claims. Please respond to them in a timely manner as this will speed up the claims processing time. If they are unable to contact you and reject our claim, unfortunately we will not be able to send a replacement or store credit.

Products & Gift Cards

We want happy and healthy customers so yes, we gladly offer a free and easy 30 day return policy for closed and opened products :) Certain conditions apply and certain products (like food and snacks) are excluded from our policy so please visit our Return Policy Page for all the details and instructions, or email us at info@topnutritionandfitness.com.

We try our best to keep popular products and flavours in stock. However, sometimes a product or flavour may be out of stock due to factors that are out of our control (ex: discontinued from the supplier, backorder from the supplier, or long shipping/customs clearance time from overseas suppliers).

We recommend that you click on the "notify me when available" button on the product page to be notified by email as soon as a the product or flavour is restocked (pro tip: select a 2nd flavour as backup in case your flavour is discontinued).

We also often send newsletters and post about restocks on our Instagram stories, so make sure to check your emails and follow us :)

PS: you can have peace of mind when trying a new product or different flavour since we have a 30-day free return policy even with opened products (except with food and snacks), so even if you don't like the product, you will receive store credit when returned. If you can't digest or have issues after trying any supplements (except individual snacks and drinks), please contact us by email at info@topnutritionandfitness.com within 7 days of consumption, and we will issue a gift card and help you find a product that suits you better.

All our products are approved by Health Canada and are safe when taken according to instructions. Side effects may depend on your health and medical history. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional if you are taking any medications or have pre-existing health issues. Please note, as stated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Health Canada, "Best Before Date" and "Expiry Date" are two distinct terms used on food products and supplements.

Best By Date/BB indicates when the food will be at its peak quality, in terms of taste, freshness, texture, and nutritional value. It doesn't mean the product is unsafe after this date, but the quality may begin to deteriorate.

Expiry Date refers to when the product should no longer be consumed. Beyond this date, the food could lose its effectiveness, nutritional value, or even become unsafe.

Unless otherwise mentioned, most snacks are best by ~8 months or more, while pre-workouts and supplements are best by ~1-3 years. If you would like to know the exact date of a product, please reach out to us with the exact name and flavour of the product.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. They can be used and purchased in store and online! Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and no expiration date. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer physical gift cards for purchase in store. They can be emailed or printed on a receipt.

Gift cards that have been purchased do not expire and can be redeemed both online and in-store. However, any promotional gift cards that were not purchased may have an expiry date, which will be clearly indicated on the promo gift card. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Rewards Program

Simply log in on our Top Nutrition Rewards Page using the email associated with your orders, click redeem points, and apply the discount code at checkout. Please note only 1 code can be used at a time at checkout. Points will be deducted and the discount code will be emailed to you if you need to use it another time!

If you have only shopped with us in store, you must first create a free account on our Top Nutrition Rewards page using the same email you have given us in store. You will then see all the points you have earned in store, and choose to redeem them online or in store! As long as you keep using the same email, your points will always sync no matter where you make your purchases.

As soon as you redeem your points, they are deducted from your points balance. But don't worry, the discount code that is emailed to you will remain valid until you decide to use it! If you have lost this email, please just reach out to us and we will be able to retrieve it for you.

Give your friends 10% off their first order over $20, and get $10 in points for each successful referral! As a small business, we receive numerous solicitations from brands seeking to be sold at our store. However, we are committed to offering only the best and most unique selection. To ensure this, we follow a rigorous process when considering new brands or products. Here's an overview of our process:


1) We verify if the brand is able to wholesale to Canada, as we often import brands from Europe not available elsewhere in North America.


2) We thoroughly research the reputation and quality of the brand to ensure compliance with all Health Canada regulations. Additionally, we validate that any supplement formula meets our standards for quality and effectiveness.

3) We personally test all products before deciding to sell them. And don't forget to check out our live reviews on Instagram stories - we love hearing your thoughts and opinions!


4) We evaluate pricing, especially concerning international shipping, duties, and exchange rates. If the price does not align with value for our customers, we may not proceed.


5) Following these assessments, we order the products and notify you about launch dates through our email newsletter.

We're always on the lookout for new and unique brands and products to add to our selection. When existing brands come out with new products or flavors, we make it a priority to be one of the first stores to stock them. And for those special finds from all over the world, we like to have what we call our "launches" every season. Our famous Seasonal Launches feature products that you can't find anywhere else in Canada, and sometimes even in North America, so the hype is real! Our loyal clients tend to order right away, so it is not uncommon for products to sell out fast. Be sure to subscribe to our email newsletter and mark us as "not spam" because we always announce the exact date and time of our Seasonal Launches by email only.

Local Clients

The inventory you see online is the same as in the store.

If you'd like to keep a product on hold, please order for store pickup so that the item is removed from the inventory and no one else can purchase it online. You can then pickup your order at anytime during our store hours (no rush at all :))

Free store pickup orders are processed immediately and ready for pickup within 30 mins during store hours. You will receive an email (please check spam). During holidays, please call our store or email us to verify our store hours.

Please make sure to bring a photo ID when you come pickup your order and keep your order confirmation email from us to show us. If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, please make sure to add a note to your order with their full name, and make sure they can also show us the confirmation email.

Top Nutrition "PRO TIPS"

The most common suggestions are to mix your protein powders in water, juice, milk, or milk-alternatives like almond milk, depending on what kind of flavour and texture you want to achieve. BUT, you can also add your protein powder to different foods like greek yogourt and oatmeal, or incorporate it in tons of different recipes like protein pancakes, cakes, breads, "Ninja Creamy", and so much more! You can search protein powder recipes online or on youtube, or feel free to ask us for suggestions anytime :)

Some protein powders can be enjoyed as a hot "protein coffee" or "hot protein chocolate". For optimal results, we suggest mixing the powder with cold water in a shaker bottle initially, then transferring it to a microwave-safe cup and heating it in 30-seconds intervals until reaching the desired temperature.

For protein chips or popcorn, a cool Top Nutrition Pro Tip is to store them in your freezer! They stay crunchy that way and don't get stale!
