Ingredients
1 scoop Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
2 tbsp oat flour
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (or honey/agave)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tbsp water
1 tbsp mini chocolate chip
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Melt coconut oil and maple syrup together and then fold into dry ingredients.
- Add water one tablespoon at a time until you reach a desired consistency.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill for at least 90 minutes before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
