What does it taste like and any prep tips?
Two-stick format like a Twix — break apart and eat one at a time, or both together. Soft, doughy base + filling + real chocolate coating. Not crunchy, not chewy-tough — closer to a candy-bar mouthfeel. Three flavours: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (in stock), Chocolate Caramel and Chocolate Peanut Butter (currently OOS). Per bar (2 sticks): 20g protein from a triple-source blend (hydrolyzed milk protein isolate + whey protein isolate + milk protein isolate), 2g sugar, 7g sugar alcohols, and a balanced fat profile. Allergens and dietary fit?
Contains milk (three milk-derived protein sources). Verify the current label image for soy, wheat, egg, peanut, tree nut, and sesame disclosures — TNF description does not surface the full allergen list and bars typically use shared facilities. Not vegan (multiple dairy proteins). Not labelled gluten-free — celiac customers should not assume GF without confirming the current packaging. NOT Informed Choice / Informed Sport certified. Can I pick up in-store? Where are you and is there parking?
Yes — free store pickup, ready in 30 minutes during store hours. We're at 3575 Av. du Parc, Local 5635 inside Galeries du Parc underground mall, downtown Montreal. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store. Tell us at the cash and we'll give you a free 1-hour validated parking voucher — drop it in the parking machine on your way out for free indoor mall parking. Store hours: Mon 11 AM–8 PM, Tue–Fri 11 AM–6 PM, Sat–Sun 11 AM–5 PM.
