If you have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, finding good gluten-free protein bars and snacks in Canada means reading every label carefully. Many "protein" bars include wheat protein or oat fiber that's processed alongside gluten. This guide rounds up the bars and snacks that are explicitly labeled gluten-free, plus notes on cross-contamination flags.

Gluten-free protein bars we carry

Gluten-free salty snacks

Gluten-free baked goods & cookies

Gluten-free pantry items

Cross-contamination notes

For severe celiac patients, "gluten-free" labeling in Canada means tested under 20 ppm. Brands we carry that are certified GF (third-party tested): David Protein, FITCRUNCH (most), 321GLO. Brands we carry that are formulated GF but not certified: some Quest flavors, Sinfit, and Magic Spoon — its cereal, treats, pastries and granola are grain-free and labeled gluten-free, but they are made in a shared facility that also handles wheat, so they are not recommended for severe celiac disease. Always read the current package — formulations change.
