Can you eat chocolate and peanut butter on keto? Absolutely — when you swap the sugar for monk fruit or erythritol and lean on high-fat, high-protein ingredients. These three no-bake recipes are the most-searched keto treats going, and every one is built from ingredients we keep in stock and taste-test in Montreal.
Net carbs, honestly. Fat bombs and truffles here use Krisda (stevia + erythritol), which is largely excluded from net carbs, so they sit at 1-2 g each. The peanut butter cups use real 85-90% dark chocolate, which does carry a few carbs — we list them at 3-4 g net carbs rather than pretending they are zero.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto Fat Bombs
The most-searched keto dessert for a reason: five minutes of mixing, then the freezer does the work. We build ours on coconut oil for that melt-in-your-mouth snap, with PB2 for real peanut flavour at a fraction of the fat, Rabeko’s zero-sugar Chocolate sauce for the swirl, and Krisda to sweeten with no net carbs.
Ingredients
Makes 12 fat bombs
1/2 cup coconut oil, softened
1/3 cup PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (dry)
3 Tbsp Rabeko Zero Chocolate Sauce (or 2 Tbsp cocoa)
2 Tbsp Krisda Stevia + Erythritol
2 Tbsp natural almond or peanut butter
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Line a 12-cup mini muffin tin or silicone mold.
- In a bowl, stir the softened coconut oil, PB2 powder, almond butter, Krisda and salt until smooth and pourable.
- Divide half the mixture between the molds.
- Stir the Rabeko Chocolate sauce (or cocoa) into the remaining half and spoon over the first layer.
- Freeze 20-30 minutes until firm. Store in the freezer and eat straight from frozen.

Keto Peanut Butter Cups
A homemade take on the candy everyone misses on keto. The shell is 85-90% dark chocolate loosened with a little coconut oil; the filling is Fit Butter’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup nut butter, which is already flavoured and has zero added sugar. Honest note: dark chocolate does carry a few real carbs, so these land around 3-4 g net carbs each — genuinely low, not zero.
Ingredients
Makes 10 cups
100 g 85-90% dark chocolate (or sugar-free baking chocolate)
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup Fit Butter Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
1 Tbsp Krisda Stevia + Erythritol (optional)
Flaky salt to finish
Directions
- Line a 10-cup mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in 15-second microwave bursts, stirring between each.
- Spoon a thin layer of chocolate into each liner and tilt to coat the bottom. Freeze 5 minutes.
- Add a teaspoon of Fit Butter to each cup, then cover with the remaining melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt and freeze 15 minutes until set. Store in the fridge or freezer.
