Base Recipe (Pick Your Flavor Combo Below)

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop PEScience Select Protein (any flavor)
  • 1 packet Jell-O Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional — makes it extra creamy)
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk, protein powder, pudding mix, and Greek yogurt to a bowl. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
  2. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Freeze for 24 hours (minimum). The mixture must be completely frozen solid.
  4. Remove from freezer, place in Ninja Creami, and run the Ice Cream program.
  5. If it is too thick or crumbly after the first spin, add a splash of almond milk and run Re-Spin.
  6. Scoop and enjoy immediately, or refreeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.

Our Favourite Flavor Combinations

Pistachio Dream

PEScience Gourmet Vanilla + Jell-O Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding

Tastes like pistachio gelato. The pistachio pudding mix gives it that classic green colour and nutty flavour. Top with crushed pistachios.

Chocolate Butterscotch Swirl

PEScience Chocolate Truffle + Jell-O Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding

Rich chocolate base with butterscotch undertones. Drizzle with Mrs Taste Caramel Syrup for extra decadence.

Lemon Cake Pop

PEScience Cake Pop + Jell-O Sugar Free Lemon Pudding

Birthday cake meets lemon bar. Light, bright, and dangerously easy to eat the whole pint.

Chocolate Fudge Brownie

PEScience Frosted Chocolate Cupcake + Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding

Double chocolate overload. The pudding mix makes it extra thick and fudgy. Add cookie dough bites on top if you are feeling wild.

Cookies and Cream

PEScience Cookies and Cream + Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding

Crush some low-sugar cookies on top and you have got yourself a McFlurry replacement.

Approximate Macros Per Pint (base recipe with almond milk + Greek yogurt)

Nutrient Amount

Protein ~28-32g
Carbs ~12-18g
Fat ~4-6g
Sugar ~2-4g

Pro Tips

  • Greek yogurt is the secret. It makes the texture thick and scoopable instead of icy. Even 1/4 cup helps.
  • Do not overfill the pint. Leave about 1cm of space at the top for expansion.
  • Let it sit 2-3 minutes after spinning before scooping — it firms up slightly.
  • The Re-Spin button is your friend. If the first spin leaves it crumbly, add a tiny splash of milk and re-spin.

I personally taste-test or quality-evaluate every product before stocking. If a product doesn't deliver real value, it doesn't make our shelves — even if the brand offers us better margins. That curation is why customers in Canada, the USA, and as far as Australia and Turks & Caicos keep ordering from a small Montreal store. Read my full story →
