Updated May 2026. Top Nutrition & Fitness is not affiliated with WW International, Noom, or Carb Manager. Point estimates depend on each program's current formulas.
Whether you're tracking WW SmartPoints, the newer WW Personal Points (which assigns each member a custom zero-points food list + daily budget), Noom's color buckets (green/yellow/red), or Carb Manager's net carbs — these snacks fit a low-calorie, high-protein eating pattern.
Quick reference — how point systems treat our snacks
WW SmartPoints
Formula (public, simplified): Points ≈ (Calories × 0.0305) + (Sat fat × 0.275) + (Sugar × 0.12) − (Protein × 0.098). Round to nearest integer.
This favors low-cal, low-sugar, high-protein snacks — most products in our collection score 2–6 SmartPoints per serving.
WW Personal Points (newer)
Variable per member. Most non-sugar high-protein snacks come out low-points. Use the official WW app to calculate your specific points.
Noom (color-coded by calorie density)
- Green (under 1 cal/g): fruits, vegetables, lean dairy. Few snacks here.
- Yellow (1–3 cal/g): most lean protein bars, RTD shakes
- Red (3+ cal/g): most chocolate, nuts, oils, full-fat bars
Carb Manager (net carbs)
Tracks net carbs for keto/low-carb tracking. Our keto-tagged products work directly.

Tips for hitting daily point/calorie targets
- Combine RTD protein drinks (high P:C, very low cal) with whole-food meals
- Use sugar-free pudding (5 cal!) as a snack base — add 1 scoop whey isolate for 25g protein at ~120 cal total
- Track protein:calorie ratio, not just calories — high-protein keeps you full longer
- Sugar-free chocolate (ChocZero) often runs 1–2 SmartPoints per serving — sustainable indulgence
