Protein Banana Bread — Gym-Friendly Comfort Food
Regular banana bread is delicious but it's basically cake. This version packs 25g of protein per slice using PEScience Select Protein and Nuts 'n More Protein Peanut Butter. It still tastes like banana bread — not like a protein bar shaped like banana bread.

What You Need (Makes 8 slices)
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 scoops PEScience Select Protein (Peanut Butter Cookie or Cake Pop flavor)
- 3 tablespoons Nuts 'n More Protein Peanut Butter
- 1 cup oat flour (or blend rolled oats into flour)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: dark chocolate chips, walnuts
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas. Mix in eggs, vanilla, and Nuts 'n More PB until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together oat flour, PEScience protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Don't overmix.
- Pour batter into loaf pan. Top with chocolate chips or walnuts if using.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 15 minutes before slicing. Makes 8 thick slices.
