Who is PEScience Select Protein for, and what should I stack it with?

How and when should I use Select Protein?
Mix 1 scoop with 200–300 ml of cold water or milk. Most common windows: within 30–60 minutes after training, between meals when protein intake is short, or as breakfast with oats or fruit. Because Select contains MPI and casein in addition to whey, it digests more slowly than pure isolate, which makes it a strong bedtime shake option too. What are the macros — protein, carbs, calories, net carbs?
Per scoop: 24 g protein, ~2 g carbs, ~1 g fat — exact calories vary by flavour, but the formula is built to stay around 120 cal/scoop. Net carbs are very low: Net Carbs = Total Carbs − Fibre − Sugar Alcohols − Allulose (where listed). Allergens, gluten-free, vegan, certifications?
Contains milk (whey, casein, MPI). Gluten-free per PEScience labeling. Not vegan — pea/rice plant alternative is Select Vegan. PEScience does not advertise Informed Choice or Informed Sport certification; instead all powders are made in an NSF-certified facility with PEScience's own third-party lab panel (heavy metals, microbes, label-accuracy, PDCAA bioavailability). PB and chocolate-PB flavours may contain peanuts and tree nuts — check the label image. 30-day default returns apply (yes, even on opened supplements ≤7 servings used). Can I pick up in-store? Where are you and is there parking?
Yes — free store pickup, ready in 30 minutes during store hours. We're at 3575 Av. du Parc, Local 5635 inside Galeries du Parc underground mall, downtown Montreal. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store. Tell us at the cash and we'll give you a free 1-hour validated parking voucher — drop it in the parking machine on your way out for free indoor mall parking. Store hours: Mon 11 AM–8 PM, Tue–Fri 11 AM–6 PM, Sat–Sun 11 AM–5 PM.
