- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ChocZero Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine PEScience Select Protein, almond flour, and chopped ChocZero Marshmallows.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of the ChocZero Bark with the Nuts ’n More Protein Spread and ChocZero Maple Syrup (30-second intervals, stirring between).
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients. Add vanilla extract.
- Stir until the dough comes together. It should be thick and sticky.
- Roll into 16 equal-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in the remaining chopped ChocZero Bark to coat.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate 30 minutes to firm.
