  3. Remove from heat. Whisk in your BCAA/EAA scoop + the remaining water + optional sweetener until smooth.
  4. Pour into silicone bunny mold. Tap gently to release air bubbles.
  5. Refrigerate 45-60 minutes until fully set.
  6. Pop out of mold and store in airtight container in fridge for up to 1 week.

Why we love this recipe

Gummy bunnies are a fun way to get a daily dose of amino acids — especially during long workouts, hot Montreal summers, or for kids who refuse to drink amino water. The gelatin adds 6-8 g of additional collagen-style protein per serving and supports gut and joint health. Each batch makes 8-10 gummies and most BCAA/EAA powders deliver 5-10 g of aminos per scoop with zero added sugar.

How long do the gummies last?
In an airtight container in the fridge, up to 1 week. Don't freeze — texture changes.
Is this recipe keto-friendly?
