Who is the Prozis Zero Protein Pancake mix for?
A 400 g protein pancake premix in Cookies and Cream / Chocolate Brownie / Vanilla. How do I prepare it?
Recipe per Prozis: in a bowl, add 3 scoops (25 g) of Zero Protein Pancake to 40 mL of water, milk, or plant-based milk. Pour mixture into greased pan over medium heat. Wait 1–2 minutes and flip. Cook both sides until golden brown. Top with fresh fruit, peanut butter, sugar-free syrup, chocolate chips, nuts. Mix doesn't rise dramatically — use a small ladle for pancake-stack-friendly sizes.

0 g sugars in the dry mix per Prozis (sweetened with xylitol + maltitol). Calculate net carbs as: Net Carbs = Total Carbs − Fibre − Sugar Alcohols (Polyols). Calorie value per 25 g serving varies by flavour — see the label image for exact protein, fat, fibre and carb numbers.
Allergens — gluten-free, vegan?
Contains EGG (white powder + yolk powder), MILK (milk protein concentrate), OAT (whole oat powder). Not vegan. Not certified gluten-free (uses oats; rice flour is the main flour but oat cross-contact is an issue). Sweetened with xylitol + maltitol. No halal/kosher claim.

Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store.
