Who is PEScience Amino IV for?
Amino IV is a BCAA + EAA + electrolyte intra-workout blend — for lifters who train fasted, do long sessions, want hydration during cardio, or stack aminos to support recovery between heavy training days. Choose it if you train more than 60 minutes per session, fast in the morning, run/cycle as your cardio, or want a sipping drink during a long workout instead of plain water. Pairs well with PEScience Select Protein (post-workout shake after Amino IV intra), PEScience High Volume or Prolific pre-workout, and PVL Pro H2O if you want extra hydration. Skip if you already drink a meal pre-workout — you may not need separate amino acid support.
How and when should I use it?
Mix 1 scoop in 500–700 ml of cold water and sip during your workout. Can also be used post-workout for added amino + electrolyte recovery, or between meals on a high-training day.

Can I pick up in-store? Where are you and is there parking?
Yes — free store pickup, ready in 30 minutes during store hours. We're at 3575 Av. du Parc, Local 5635 inside Galeries du Parc underground mall, downtown Montreal. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store. Tell us at the cash and we'll give you a free 1-hour validated parking voucher — drop it in the parking machine on your way out for free indoor mall parking. Store hours: Mon 11 AM–8 PM, Tue–Fri 11 AM–6 PM, Sat–Sun 11 AM–5 PM.
