How and when should I use it?
Mix 1 scoop (6.5 g) in 350–500 ml cold water 15–20 min before training. **Start with 1/2 scoop or less** to assess tolerance — this scoop alone is at Health Canada's 400 mg daily caffeine cap. Do NOT stack with coffee, energy drinks, Mammoth Burn, or any other caffeinated product on the same day. Health Canada caps caffeine at 400 mg/day for healthy adults — track total caffeine across coffee, energy drinks and pre-workout. Avoid late-day use — caffeine half-life can disrupt sleep for hours.
