Who is GHOST Burn for, and when should you take it?
For: adults in a cutting / fat-loss phase who already have nutrition + training dialled in and want a flavoured stimulant + thermogenic to support energy and appetite control. Not a magic fat-burner — works only if you're already in a calorie deficit. Take 1 scoop (5.15g) first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before fasted cardio with 250–350 mL water. How do you mix it and what does it taste like?
Mix one scoop (5.15g) into 250–350 mL cold water, shake or stir, drink 20–30 min before fasted cardio or in the morning. Two flavours: Kiwi Strawberry (bright, juicy, tart-sweet) and Guava Berry (tropical, mixed-berry-forward). Sweetened with sucralose. GHOST mixes cleanly — no clumping, no grit. Heads up: the thermogenic blend can cause a warming sensation (slight flush) within 15–30 minutes — that's the niacin + theobromine + capsaicin-style ingredients doing their job. Normal, not harmful. Allergens, certifications, and what about stacking?
Allergen-free formulation per typical thermogenic standards — no declared milk, egg, soy, peanut, tree nut, or wheat. Verify the current packaging if you have severe allergies. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store.
