I purchased this resistance band set as portable equipment for pumping up backstage at a bodybuilding competition. It was compact and light, fitting in my luggage perfectly. The set comes in a cinch bag so it's easy to pack and carry. I won first place at my show, so needless to say, these bands do the trick!

I bought this last year at the beginning of the pandemic when gyms closed in my area. It’s so convenient and easy to use and gives you a good workout! I also take it with me when I travel to a location without a gym and can do a full workout anywhere without lugging weights with me.
