Protein and macros
From the labels: the PEScience Select Protein base provides about 36 g protein (1.5 scoops). One 2 oz serving of FUUL Protein Cookie Dough Bites adds 10 g protein (Chocolate Chip, 220 cal) or 15 g (Fudge Brownie, 220 cal). That is roughly 46 to 51 g protein per large sundae, about 400 calories plus your milk and yogurt. Split it in two for around 23 to 26 g protein each.
Tips and swaps
- Freeze the cookie dough bites for 15 minutes for a firmer, chunkier topping.
