PEScience Snickerdoodle French Toast

Ingredients

3 slices bread of choice 
1 whole egg
1 egg whites
1 tablespoon milk of choice
1/3 scoop Snickerdoodle Select Protein

Directions

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, and protein until smooth. 
  2. Dip bread in egg mixture and let soak until every piece is coated evenly 
  3. Cook in a sprayed, non stick pan or griddle on medium heat until golden brown on each side 
  4. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
