- 1 cup high protein salted caramel peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips chopped
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- flaked salt optional

Preheat oven to 350F and prepare an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.

Place the peanut butter into a bowl and stir in the brown sugar and baking soda until completely combined. Add egg and continue mixing until a crumbly dough forms. Fold in chopped chocolate chips.

Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 13-15 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with flaked salt and let cool completely before cutting into 16 bars and devouring!
