- 1 cup toffee crunch peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. butter softened
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 package milk chocolate toffee bits 8oz bag
- 1 cup rice krispie cereal gluten-free, if needed
- 10 ounce milk chocolate for chocolate coating

Cream NNM toffee crunch peanut butter and butter in a large bowl.

Add powdered sugar and mix well.

Gently stir in toffee bits and crisp rice cereal. Save 1/3 cup toffee bits for truffle topping.

Refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour.

Remove from refrigerator and roll into 1 inch balls.

Return to refrigerator one hour or more or freezer for about 15 minutes

Melt chocolate on in microwave; coat balls in chocolate and sprinkle with toffee bits.
