- 1 cup almond flour not almond meal
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/8 tsp salt omit if your butter is salted
- 2 medium apples thinly sliced
- tapioca flour for dusting
- 3 tbs. salted caramel peanut butter
- coconut sugar for sprinkling
- cinnamon for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 375F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Combine the flours, butter, honey, egg, salt and milk in a food processor. Blend until a dough forms.

Place the dough on a clean surface dusted with tapioca flour. Roll dough flat. Transfer dough to the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the sliced apples in the center of the dough leaving about two inches around the border. Gently fold the edges over the apples, overlapping the dough if necessary.

Sprinkle coconut sugar and cinnamon over the apples and crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes

Drizzle salted caramel peanut butter over galette, slice and serve.
