- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp ChocZero Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (helps texture)
- Optional mix-ins: chopped ChocZero PB Cups, berries, ChocZero Keto Spread
Instructions
- In a Ninja Creami pint container, combine PEScience Select Protein, almond milk, Greek yogurt, ChocZero Maple Syrup, vanilla, and xanthan gum.
- Whisk until completely smooth — no clumps. Texture should be like thick milkshake.
- Cover with the lid. Place flat in your freezer for at least 24 hours (don’t skip this — texture depends on full freeze).
- When ready, remove from freezer. Place pint in the Ninja Creami outer bowl.
- Use the "Ice Cream" function (or "Light Ice Cream" if available). Run one cycle.
- If still icy/grainy, run a second cycle.
