What You Need
- 1/2 cup GHOST High Protein Cereal (any flavor)
- 1 scoop PEScience Select Protein (Cake Pop or Cookies & Cream works best)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon Nuts 'n More Protein Peanut Butter (optional — for PB cereal vibes)

How to Make It
- Add milk, frozen banana, protein powder, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a glass or bowl.
- Crush the GHOST cereal on top as a crunchy topping — or blend half in and sprinkle half on top.
- Drizzle Nuts 'n More PB on top if you're feeling extra.
