The flavours

All four flavours deliver 15 g protein and 7 g fibre and are Certified Gluten-Free and non-GMO. All contain milk (vegetarian, not vegan).

• Chocolate Chip (50 g, 180 cal) — brown-rice crisp, toasted oats and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Contains soy and milk.
• Chocolate Peanut Butter (52 g, 200 cal) — milk-chocolate coating with real peanut butter and peanut flour. Contains peanuts, soy and milk.
• Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond (53 g, 200 cal) — dark chocolate, almonds and coconut. Contains almonds, soy and milk.
• Dark Chocolate Sea Salt (56 g, 200 cal) — dark chocolate with a sea-salt finish. Contains soy and milk.

Nutrition

Per bar. Every flavour is Certified Gluten-Free (GFCO) and non-GMO. Protein is a soy + whey blend; sweetened mainly with agave syrup, so the bars carry ~10–11 g of sugar — more of a whole-grain protein snack than a low-sugar bar.
