How do I use LIFT TECH Padded Cotton Lifting Straps?
Thread the loose end of the strap through the loop to create a wrist cuff. Slip your hand through so the strap exits between your thumb and index finger, then wrap the loose end around the bar tightly. Twist your wrist towards you to lock it in place. Use one strap per hand.
