2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 scoop Snickerdoodle Select Protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
water or milk as needed to reach a cookie dough consistency
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl, then fold into the dry ingredients until combined.
- Place about 7 spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and stevia on each before baking, then bake for 10-14 mins, until underside is golden brown.
- Transfer to wire rack and let cool.
