- 1/3 cup brown rice flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate maple pretzel peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. dry sweetener
- 2 tbsp. almond milk
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350F and prepare standard donut pan with non-stick spray (be generous).

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk and olive oil until combined. Add in the peanut butter and continue mixing until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sweetener, cocao powder, baking soda and baking powder. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until incorporated.

Evenly distribute the batter between 6 donut molds and bake for 12-13 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
