1 cup Kodiak Cakes mix of your choice
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 ripe banana
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups oats
Optional: add sugar free chocolate chunks from The Good Chocolate!
Combine all ingredients, pour into a greased 8×8 baking dish. Bake at 350 until golden brown 20-30 minutes.
