Who is GHOST Hydration Sticks for, and when should you use them?

How do you mix them and how do they taste?
Pour one stick pack into 16–20 oz (475–600 mL) of cold water, shake or stir until dissolved. Sonic Cherry Limeade and Sonic Ocean Water are GHOST x Sonic Drive-In collabs — sweet, juicy, taste like the actual Sonic slush flavours minus the sugar. Sour Patch Kids Redberry + Blue Raspberry taste like the candy. Sweet but not syrupy — sweetened with sucralose and not sugar. Pro tip: some customers mix into a 32 oz water bottle for a lighter flavour profile during long sessions, or freeze the mixed drink into popsicles in summer.
What's in each stick — macros and electrolyte profile?
0g sugar, ~2g carbs (1g fibre, 0g sugar per serving) per stick — full electrolyte blend including magnesium. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store.
