How and when do I take CaseinFX?
Pre-bed (most common): mix 1 scoop (33g) with 250–350 ml of cold water or milk about 30 minutes before sleep. Long-gap shake: between meals when you'll go 4+ hrs without food — casein keeps you fuller longer than whey. Avoid stacking with whey post-workout if you want fast recovery (use Isoflex for that window instead — casein is for slow release). Not recommended for: kids, pregnant or nursing women without doctor approval, or anyone with a medical condition or taking prescription medication — please consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store.
