Post-workout (primary): 1 scoop in 200â300 ml cold water/milk within 30â60 min of training. Between meals: 1 scoop as a high-protein snack. Pre-bed: if you don't have casein, AllWhey works as a decent pre-bed protein (but Casein is better for slow release). Not recommended for: kids, pregnant or nursing women without doctor approval, or anyone with a medical condition or taking prescription medication â please consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement. Not suitable for severe dairy allergy.
Macros, calories, and net carbs â what's the breakdown?
Per scoop: 30g protein, ~190 cal, 11g carbs, 4â7g sugar (varies by flavour), 2.5â3g fat. Sweetened with Sucralose + Acesulfame Potassium. Yes â free store pickup, ready in 30 minutes during store hours. We're at 3575 Av. du Parc, Local 5635 inside Galeries du Parc underground mall, downtown Montreal. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory â if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store.
