Top Nutrition & Fitness lives inside Galeries du Parc, the indoor and underground mall at 3575 Avenue du Parc — right where downtown Montréal meets the Plateau, directly across from Club La Cité. It is one of the most conveniently located supplement shops in the city: easy to reach by car with parking right below you, easy to reach on foot or by transit, and open seven days a week with no appointment needed.

We are a family-run store that has been part of the neighbourhood since July 2016. Every product on our shelves is owner-curated and, in the case of snacks and protein treats, genuinely taste-tested — if it is not good value or does not taste good, we do not carry it. Free validated underground parking — with any purchase

Parking downtown is usually the hard part. Not here. Galeries du Parc sits above a large underground parking garage, with entrances on Avenue du Parc (just before 3575) and on Jeanne-Mance. Pull in, take a ticket and keep it, and come find us in the mall.

When you buy anything in store — no minimum, no fine print — Top Nutrition & Fitness validates one hour of underground parking, free. Just bring your ticket to the counter. It is a convenience most downtown supplement shops simply can't offer, and it means you can run in, restock your protein and pre-workout, and drive off without feeding a meter or circling the block.

There are two entrances to the same underground garage (Place du Parc / Indigo):

• From Avenue du Parc (heading north) — the garage entrance is just before 3575 Avenue du Parc.
• From Rue Jeanne-Mance (heading north) — the entrance is just before 3550 Jeanne-Mance.

How to get your free hour of parking

1. On entry, take a ticket and keep your white ticket.
2. Make any purchase in store (no minimum) and we'll give you a discount coupon good for one hour.
3. At the exit (gate P1 or P4): scan the discount coupon first, then your white entry ticket second.
4. Order matters — if you scan them in the wrong order the gate won't open and will ask for payment. The first hour is free; for longer stays you simply pay the difference (the Indigo Neo app is accepted).

Getting here: metro, bus and free parking

Top Nutrition & Fitness is easy to reach without a car. We're about a 6–7 minute walk from Place-des-Arts metro station on the Green Line, so you can come straight from downtown or the Plateau on foot. The store is also served by several STM bus lines along Avenue du Parc, with stops two blocks away at Parc & Sherbrooke and near the corner of Parc & Prince-Arthur, right by the mall.

Driving in? That's the easy part here: Galeries du Parc sits above a large underground garage, and we validate one hour of parking free with any purchase — no minimum. It's a convenience most downtown Montréal supplement stores can't offer. Whether you arrive by metro, bus or car, you can be in the store in minutes.

Free in-store pickup is the only way to reserve an item — once you place a pickup order it's set aside for you with no time limit. If something is running low in stock, reserving it online is the surest way to guarantee it's yours.
