How do I serve it and what does it taste like?
Pour a 40g serving (one heaping cup) into a bowl. Add 125-175ml almond milk, oat milk, or regular dairy. The whey + rice starch base gives a REAL cereal crunch that holds in milk - it does NOT go soggy in 30 seconds like most protein cereals. Eat as breakfast, late-night snack, or dry trail mix from the box. Sprinkle over Greek yogurt as protein granola. Colours come from beet root, turmeric, and spirulina - all natural.
What are the macros per serving?
Per 40g serving: around 150 calories, 18g protein, 1g sugar. Net Carbs = Total Carbs - Fibre - Sugar Alcohols - Allulose (where listed). Calculate per flavour from the label image - calories and net carbs vary by flavour. Sweetened with monk fruit juice concentrate, stevia extract, and allulose - no sucralose. Keto-certified by the brand.
Allergens and certifications?
Contains milk (whey). Chocolate Peanut Butter contains peanuts. Gluten-free + keto-certified by the brand. Not vegan (whey). Kosher/halal not stated. Yes — free store pickup, ready in 30 minutes during store hours. We're at 3575 Av. du Parc, Local 5635 inside Galeries du Parc underground mall, downtown Montreal. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store. Tell us at the cash and we'll give you a free 1-hour validated parking voucher — drop it in the parking machine on your way out for free indoor mall parking. Store hours: Mon 11 AM–8 PM, Tue–Fri 11 AM–6 PM, Sat–Sun 11 AM–5 PM.
