How and when do I take Quickmass?
Standard dose: 4 scoops mixed with 16–24 oz water or milk (use milk for an extra calories vary by flavour — see the nutrition facts panel image above). Take post-workout (within 30 min) or between meals if you struggle to hit calorie targets. Half-serving (2 scoops) works for smaller frames or as a snack shake. Per 4-scoop serving (with water): ~1,010 cal, 64g protein, 170–172g carbs, 8g fat, 0–8g added sugar (varies by flavour). Add milk for ~+8g protein and +12g carb. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store.
