What is the PVL Typhoon Flip-N-Sip Shaker?
It's a leak-proof ~800 mL (~27 oz) BPA-free gym shaker with a clever 2-in-1 lid: use it as a normal screw-top shaker, or flip open the built-in sip spout to drink one-handed without unscrewing the lid. It comes in a bold purple "Commit to Conquer" finish.
What does Flip-N-Sip mean and why is it useful?
The lid works two ways — a regular screw-on shaker, or flip open the spout to sip one-handed without wrestling the whole lid off. That makes it handy for quick sips between sets or while driving, and the flip cap is leak-proof so it won't spill in your gym bag.
What can I mix in it and who is it for?
With a big 800 mL capacity it's great for protein, pre-workout, EAAs, greens or water — at the gym, the office or on the go. Pair it with our protein powders, pre-workout or creatine.
Is it BPA-free, and how should I clean it?
Yes, it's BPA-free durable plastic. We recommend hand washing to keep the flip lid and seal in good shape, and using it for cold or room-temperature drinks rather than hot liquids.

Can I pick up in-store? Where are you and is there parking?
Yes — free store pickup, ready in 30 minutes during store hours. We're at 3575 Av. du Parc, Local 5635 inside Galeries du Parc underground mall, downtown Montreal. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store. Tell us at the cash and we'll give you a free 1-hour validated parking voucher — drop it in the parking machine on your way out for free indoor mall parking. Store hours: Mon 11 AM–8 PM, Tue–Fri 11 AM–6 PM, Sat–Sun 11 AM–5 PM.
