Is the Smart Bar keto / low net carb?
Effectively low-net-carb: total carbohydrate reads ~23–26 g, but most of that is maltitol, glycerol and prebiotic fibre, leaving only ~2–4 g of net (impact) carbs per bar. **Honest caveat:** the sugar alcohol is maltitol, which is mildly glycemic (not zero-impact), so treat it as a keto-friendly, low-net-carb bar rather than a zero-carb one. Excess sugar alcohols can have a laxative effect.
Is it gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan?

Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store. Tell us at the cash and we'll give you a free 1-hour validated parking voucher — drop it in the parking machine on your way out for free indoor mall parking.
