Who is GHOST Legend V4 Pre-Workout for, and when should you take it?
For experienced gym-goers who want a high-stim, fully-disclosed pre-workout with serious pumps + endurance + focus stacks. Not for beginners — this is a 250mg-caffeine, 3.2g beta-alanine scoop with full clinical doses. Take 20–30 minutes before training with 250–350 mL water. How do you mix it, and what does it taste like?
Mix one scoop (8.2g) with 250–350 mL cold water, shake in a shaker bottle, drink ~20 min before training. Available flavours: Sonic Ocean Water (blue raspberry-coconut Sonic collab), Bubblicious Strawberry Splash (cotton candy / bubble gum), Orange Cream (orange dreamsicle), and Sonic Cherry Limeade. Macros per scoop: 5 cal, 1g carbs, 0g sugar. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store.
