How to apply (5 steps)

1. Cut to length along the adhesive backing’s straight edge.
2. Round the corners with scissors to stop the edges curling and lifting.
3. Tear the backing paper from the centre to expose the adhesive without touching the sticky side.
4. Apply the starting anchor with no stretch.
5. Stretch the middle section moderately, then lay the end down with no tension. Rub along the tape to activate the adhesive.

For the best hold, apply about an hour before your activity, and remove by peeling slowly in the direction of hair growth — easiest in the shower once the adhesive has softened.

Pre-application tips

• Clean & dry skin — clear of hair, dirt, oils and moisturiser, and fully dry.
• Round every corner to prevent edge lifting.
• Never stretch the very ends — only the middle — so the tape doesn’t pull or pinch as you move.
• Patch test first if you have sensitive skin; stop use if redness, swelling or itching occurs.
• Don’t re-peel and re-stick — press gently for 3–5 seconds (a hair dryer helps) to set the adhesive.
