How and when do I take Allmax Omega-3?
Standard dose: 1 softgel 2–3 times daily with meals (= 360–540 mg EPA + 240–360 mg DHA). Take with a meal containing some fat for best absorption. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store.
