  • 4oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt (2% vanilla recommended)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla, almond or maple extract

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Remove sealed protective film from Mighty Muffin and pour into small mixing bowl.
  • Add cold water to mix. It is best to use a measuring cup!
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Cook according to your waffle iron's instructions.
  • Top with our decadent cream cheese.
  • OR top with any of our protein nut spreads
