Who is GHOST Energy Canada for, and when should you drink it?
GHOST Energy Canada is for: people who want a ready-to-drink pre-workout boost (no scooping powder), focused work / study / gaming sessions, afternoon slumps, and anyone who wants a sugar-free zero-calorie energy hit that actually tastes like premium candy. When to drink: 15–30 min before a workout, before a long drive, or as an afternoon pick-me-up. Avoid late evening if you're caffeine-sensitive. What's actually inside — caffeine, calories, and ingredients?
Per 473mL Canadian can: 0g sugar, ~5 calories, 1g carbs, sucralose-sweetened, plus B3 / B6 / B12 vitamins. (varies by flavour — see the nutrition facts image above for the exact macros of each one) The Canadian formula is a clean caffeine + B-vitamin energy drink — it does NOT contain the L-Carnitine / Taurine / NeuroFactor / AlphaSize blend you'll see in GHOST powders (those live in GHOST Burn and GHOST Legend pre-workout). Caffeine: trust the actual nutrition facts panel on your specific can. Health Canada caps caffeinated energy drinks at 180mg per single-serve container — the Canadian formula is regulated under those rules and may differ from any USA spec you've read online. How is GHOST shipped? Will it freeze in winter or arrive damaged?
We pack drinks better than Amazon — for real. Every can is individually bubble-wrapped with extra insulation in the box. Damage is rare. Winter shipping: in remote Canadian regions, cans can occasionally freeze in transit — we add insulation and may hold drink-heavy orders to ship Mon/Tue to avoid weekend cold storage at carriers. If your can arrives frozen, dented, or leaking, email us with a photo within 48 hours — we'll refund to store credit at minimum, or replace under Onward Checkout+ (~4% added at checkout = 90-day damage protection + 5% cash back). Heads up: max 24 drinks per Canadian order due to carrier limits.

Same-day shipping from our Montreal store if you order before 4 PM EST Monday–Friday — hand-packed by our team at our downtown location, often faster than Amazon. Free shipping over $125 CAD subtotal. $12 flat over $50. Delivery: Quebec & Ontario typically 1–3 business days, other provinces 3–7. Express options at checkout. Can I pick up in-store? Where are you and is there parking?
Yes — free store pickup, ready in 30 minutes during store hours. We're at 3575 Av. du Parc, Local 5635 inside Galeries du Parc underground mall, downtown Montreal. Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory — if it's in stock on the website, it's also available in-store, since every order ships directly from the same physical store. Tell us at the cash and we'll give you a free 1-hour validated parking voucher — drop it in the parking machine on your way out for free indoor mall parking. Store hours: Mon 11 AM–8 PM, Tue–Fri 11 AM–6 PM, Sat–Sun 11 AM–5 PM.
