Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray pan with any non-stick spray. In a bowl, mix brownie mix and a heaping 3/4 cup of cold water.
Batter will be fairly thick. With a spatula, pour batter into the baking pan smoothing evenly on the top and the edges. Bake for 17 minutes.
Do not over-bake. Let cool before cutting into 12 evenly sized brownies.
