  • 1/4 c Sugar Cookie G Butter

  • 1/4 c granulated stevia or coconut sugar

  • 1 egg, whole

  • 1 c oat flour

  • sprinkles


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the G Butter, egg and granulated sugar into a mixer and beat until smooth. Stir in oat flour.

  3. Spray a cookie scooper with non-stick spray and scoop cookies onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently press them flat using your finger tips.

  4. Top with sprinkles and bake for 7-8 minutes.
